Traitor's Plain

The view looking out over the plain

It was while his army was camped on these plains (on some part of them, for his army wasn’t so large as to take up the entire area) that Nophkeh the Demon Warlock was assassinated by his trusted lieutenant Warlord Benang. It is from this act of treachery that the plains claim their modern name.

This region isn’t as good for farming as are the Low Plains, however the land is suitable for growing orchards and vineyards. Preserved fruits, fruit brandies, wines and other assorted foodstuffs are all produced on the Traitor’s Plain.
